As evidenced by his work, his artistic images rely on capturing ordinary subjects with extraordinary affect. His experiments with lighting and often surprising use of depth-of-field and slow shutter speeds all work together to yield an aesthetically pleasing mixture of abstraction and realism. His images are featured on various sites and publications including a prestigious lead image appearing on a traveling exhibit sponsored by the United States, Department of the Interior, in connection with the Plant Conservation Alliance. In 2008 he had images on display at the curated “Context” show at the Fremont Center for the Arts located in Cañon City, Colorado.
